D.S. Ingram Carbon Renderings Return Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely happy with your art purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the print, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your art print to initiate a return.
2. Condition of Returned Item
To be eligible for a return, your print must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, if possible.
Free from any damage, bends, tears, or marks.
Note: Any print that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Gift cards.
Custom or personalized prints (e.g., custom sizes, commissioned work).
Original artwork (if applicable, separate from prints).
Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at dsingram@dsingram.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization and the instructions for where to send the print. Do not send your item back until you have received this authorization.
Ship the Item: You must carefully package and ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive a print that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Buyer's Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need it, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dsingram@dsingram.com.
